Alibag's 1st Low Waste Shop
After two years of living in Alibag and enjoying the natural beauty, we noticed that waste is not managed in an efficient manner, with a lot of single-use plastic ending up in landfills or the ocean. Fortunately, there is a deep network of raddiwalas that do collect recyclable materials (eg. cardbaord, PET bottles, glass, and metals). We have created the SIMPLY NATIVE SHOP to keep Alibag clean and green by avoiding products that contain single-use plastics and by promoting the use of refilling stations for food and home care. Additionally, we stock unique products from local sources and sources across India to bring a range of the finest products the country has to offer.
Alibag is at the cusp of a large change & it's up to us to preserve this natural habitat or neglect it.
